9th Circ. Judge Takes Aim At Calif. Gun Ruling On YouTube

A Ninth Circuit judge on Thursday took to YouTube to issue a dissent over the court's decision to ban in California all high-capacity magazines for assault rifles, a move that several of his fellow judges lamented as "wildly improper" and said they needed to address "lest the genre proliferate."
