the point is more to make an exotic contraption than get the perfect haircut, but it is designed to be easy to upgrade to give the perfect haircut by having done all the hard work already

(multiple arms, cameras scissors inverse kinematics computer vision feedback
(modeling of individual hairs :) to cut flyaways. this is why put camera on robot arm. really good for 3d scanning
