Karl is a spammer, he claims to know impacts of being abused and that nobody should abuse, then he hypocritically launches thousands of spams abuses and gibberish at every single subscriber all the time. Everyone has told him to stop. He's been given alternatives. Yet he still willfully refuses to stop abusing readers with his spams, and claims all kind of psychobabble which is still no excuse to spam. Thus subscribers not without merit to say "Karl is an asshole, ban fuck this spammer, take your meds, stop stop stop, etc."
The expression is similar to how people seen as harmful are exiled from communities without including their experiences. Can build further harm, but also has mysteriously increased. It’s frustrating to work with people when it is very hard to communicate with them, especially if they are acting in ways that stimulate this difficulty. They could have similar experiences, but are in a minority. It’s harder further if things like political disruption, drugs, censorship, mental health disorders, or hidden conflicts are acting to reduce attempts to solve problems. Reminder that this list has had a policy of not banning anyone, so it might make sense to find a way to communicate with the person in question, or ban them ourselves.
