Wells Fargo Opened Accounts Using Identity Fraud, Suit Claims

Wells Fargo and fraud detection company Early Warning Services LLC were hit with a proposed class action in California federal court accusing them of engaging in racketeering by opening unauthorized accounts and reporting false credit information.
