[spam][crazy][wrong][draft] Naive Metawisdom :Is generalisation the same as centralisation?

In generalisation, we tend to take components and move them into central locations for reuse, like how the brain is specialised into lobes. In networks, we prefer dfecentralisation, like how a victim of localised brain damage can use the rest of their brain to retain their consciousness and identity. Is generalisation centralisation? Depends what borg battles you evolved in?
