Apple Security Chief Should Face Bribery Charges, Panel Told

A Santa Clara County prosecutor urged a California appellate panel Thursday to revive charges that Apple Inc.'s current security chief bribed a local sheriff's office with iPads in exchange for employee gun permits, arguing they needn't show the executive benefited directly from the alleged bribe.
