Russell Simmons' Foreign Domicile Dooms NY Sex Assault Suit

A Manhattan federal judge has dismissed a suit accusing music producer and Def Jam Recordings co-founder Russell Simmons of sexual assault, saying Simmons is now a permanent resident of Indonesia over whom the court has no jurisdiction.
