What if GHOST was/is exploitable on sshd/openssl? ;)

Overflow in libc: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2015/01/28/ghost_linux_megavuln_analysis/ Allegedly exploitable on exim. Question to those who feared Hearth Bleed: If GHOST were slightly worse giving exploit on openssl, would it have been worse than HB? :P
