SpaceX Says NLRB Is Unconstitutional In Labor Suit's Wake

SpaceX sued the National Labor Relations Board in Texas federal court Thursday to block a day-old suit accusing the company of stifling a protected worker protest, saying the suit is illegal because the NLRB's structure defies the U.S. Constitution.
