BREAKING: EBay Pays $3M Criminal Penalty For Cyberstalking Ploy

EBay Inc. has agreed to pay a maximum $3 million criminal penalty for a campaign of terror that its security employees rained down on a married Massachusetts couple who published online reports critical of the e-commerce giant that irked executives, Boston federal prosecutors said Thursday.
