8th Circ. Revives Iowa 'Ag-Gag' Trespass Laws

The Eighth Circuit revived two Iowa 'ag-gag' laws on Monday that make it a crime to engage in video and audio recording on trespassed property and prohibit accessing an agricultural production facility on false pretenses, largely rejecting animal rights groups' argument that the laws violate the First Amendment's free speech clause.
