Evian Wins Trims To False Ad Suit As NY Judge Reverses Self

A New York federal judge trimmed a proposed class action alleging Danone Waters of America deceptively labeled its Evian water bottles as "carbon-neutral," walking back his earlier decision that said the representation could be misleading and ruling Thursday the defendant's website provided further explanation of what the term meant.
