Collateral damage in Ukraine

Deadly collateral damage - even indirect - is usually attributed to the aggressor in most instances. A famous example being when a Marxist fired his rifle in Dallas resulting in the death of a POTUS by ’ friendly fire '. All the undesirable incidents happening in Ukraine at the moment must be - and are, for the most part - already being sheeted home to that murdering, racist, war-criminal Chekist, Slobodan Rasputin.
