Kim Kardashian Must Face Investor Suit Over Crypto Promos

A California federal judge has ruled that Kim Kardashian can't escape crypto investors' claims that she defrauded them in her promotion of the EthereumMax token, allowing a proposed class action that also names other celebrities as defendants to move forward after previously being dismissed.
