Dear Mr. Marzulli:

We have not heard from your office concerning our last correspondence.

The 'war crime of aggression' that is subject to Memo #4 seemingly is now a xNY.io - Bank.org, PBC risk arbitrage opportunity.
  1. Between Turkey, Cyprus and Russia ... The Deferred Agreement does not support the potential of war crimes in any form.
    • As a MBA candidate from Cyprus, and holding distinction as an international scholar of this regard, Memo #4 below clearly outlines xNY.io - Bank.org, PBC's position on the matter.
    • Being clear, the war in Cyprus has now spilled over to Ukraine and Goldman Sachs is party to serious concern of aggression.
  2. Today, xNY.io - Bank.org, PBC petitions the DOJ to kindly consider emergency provisions concerning fiduciary duties of Goldman Sachs' board mandated in the Deferred Agreement.
  3. Furthermore, it would appear that any Goldman Sachs D&O insurance coverage may be in jeopardy. If D&O coverage were to be invalidated, we fear that the board of directors concerned may deflect this liability to the DOJ.
If any of the above concerns are remotely valid, this would signal undue stress and potential harm to the United States financial system.

We seek to learn the DOJ's assessment of the matter.

Sincerely yours,

Gunnar Larson

Dear Mr. Marzulli:

The Department of Justice has yet to respond to Memo #1, Memo #2 and Memo #3 with our recent inquiry to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad Deferred Agreement. Goldman Sachs' Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the United States of America is in potential breach, with ethical enforcement being concerned.

Memo #4 aims to associate the malfeasance in Malaysia with war crimes of aggression (in the planning, initiation, or execution of a large-scale and serious act of aggression), leveraging the world’s only military divided capital city Nicosia, Cyprus.

Please find a copy of Memo #4 attached to this email addressed to your attention. A hyperlink to Memo #4 can be found here: https://bit.ly/3tGOf5s

Very Respectfully,
