BREAKING: Palin Wins New NYT Libel Trial As 2nd Circ. Chides Rakoff

The Second Circuit granted Sarah Palin a new trial Wednesday in her defamation suit against the New York Times after finding that U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff's handling of the case, including his issuance of a dismissal ruling mid-jury deliberations, "impugn the reliability" of the original verdict.
