From August 23–29, you’re invited to join a select group of 15 changemakers—including corporate leaders in education, health, finance, and technology, alongside rising Gen Z voices—for an immersive, digital-free experience at Eremito, a monastery nestled in nature.

This is EMERGE: a living lab where we experiment with how leadership can evolve into something that better meets this moment.

This is not a retreat. This is not a fix-it or a training. 

It’s a space to scope your next evolution, to amplify, extend, and elevate your impact.

At Eremito, our gateway experience where silence speaks, connections deepen and our being unfolds we will explore the most urgent inner and outer questions of our time through a blend of personal inquiry, collective design, and intergenerational dialogue—anchored by visionary contributors in the fields of:

• Regeneration & Biomimicry

• Inner Science & Indigenous Wisdom

• Wellbeing & Storytelling

• Systems Innovation & AI

• … with practical applications across education, health, technology, and finance.

How it works:

• Mornings are lightly structured, with anchor-led immersive experiences on being, relationship, purpose, and awareness.

• Afternoons are participant-led and self-organized—guided by what’s emerging in the space.

• Throughout the experience, mentorship flows both ways—between generations, disciplines, and worldviews.

This is a chance to gain clarity, connect with your true nature, and discover what wants to emerge through you, in service of our world and ourselves, in poly-crisis.

You can engage in three ways:

1. Come solo as a participant ready to explore stewardship in your life and work

2. Attend as a duo with someone from another generation to deepen your mutual insight

3. Nominate or sponsor a youth or colleague who you believe belongs in this room

The five days of initiation at Eremito is followed by three months of integration, then three months of implementation—where we support you in turning your scoping into real-world outcomes with clarity, accountability, and regenerative action.
