regarding the name change, the point of it was to pressure my inner patterns to push me outside. it's not having that effect any more. something else, like organising my records, might be more successful. but it's very hard to control my behavior around topics that could be construed as organising evidence. it also doesn't have an effect if it doesn't happen. if it's just my email, i just stop using email.
