In a survey conducted by PWC in 2022 assessing the pulse of executives, 60 percent said that digital transformation is their most critical growth driver. To realize that growth and deliver new value, leaders must build on their current capabilities across several dimensions of management. The Executive Program in General Management is designed around several pillars that represent the suite of skills needed to drive growth and innovation. Below is a sample of the key sessions you will participate in during the program.

This session focuses on a simple yet powerful model of leadership that emphasizes developing four key leadership capabilities that are particularly effective in today’s complex, volatile, and uncertain world.
