TrueCrypt-encrypted data saved on microSD cards sent over sneakernet, optionally hidden in a hollow bootheel? Small amounts of sensitive data stored in innocuous-seeming formats through steganography (eg, http://www.jjtc.com/Steganography/tools.html ), made publicly available?
