Fla. Blogger Says Anti-SLAPP Law Allows Immediate Appeal

A blogger trying to fend off a defamation suit from a local public official has urged the Florida Supreme Court to let him appeal a nonfinal order denying his bid to end the suit, arguing that the state's anti-SLAPP law allows for interlocutory appeals.
