SBF's Parents Blast FTX's 'Threadbare' Adversary Proceeding

The parents of convicted former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to toss a Chapter 11 bankruptcy adversary lawsuit seeking to recover millions of dollars that Bankman-Fried's parents allegedly misappropriated, calling the allegations "threadbare," "conclusory" and based solely on a relationship that is "not actionable."
