Ex-Pa. Public Defender Reprimanded For Steamy Jail Emails

A former public defender for Warren County, Pennsylvania, received a public reprimand from the state's disciplinary board Thursday, after he admitted exchanging romantic and sexually explicit emails with a client while she was in jail in 2020.
