experimentee: there is another lower-end technology that protects existing powers and retains rareness of few-shot transfer, i’ve been psychologically manipulated to encourage use of it instead. other: keeping fee shot transfer rare has the added benefit of providing a larger space for diversity if things go poorly on the global stage: more avenues for any random source to take unexpected power to address situations.
