Ex-HSBC Rep Says Whistleblower Retaliation Suit Must Go On

A former HSBC Securities employee who claimed he was fired for blowing the whistle on "rampant front-running" by HSBC traders asked a federal judge Friday not to grant the bank's bid to toss his suit, saying its actions can be reasonably interpreted as retaliation.
