Winchester Volunteer Fire Department sincerely thanks all the ball players, coaches, family and fans at Winchester Ball Field who graciously stopped your baseball game, mid-game, to clear the field Wednesday afternoon to accommodate a possible Lifeflight emergency transport.  Putting a complete stranger's welfare ahead of your own, exemplifies your good character.  Just the kind of people we need to join our team...when you're old enough!  We appreciate your help!
