- hold SAFETY, EXCITEMENT, and HAPPINESS while pursuing a behavior gently and intentionally, like wim hof with cold water
- keep duration very short at start, and journal
- associate with food and reward with food and candy

i prepared food, then briefly felt intentionally cheery and thought about dressing easily, and then ate the food. intention was count of 1. forgot safety so intended this a little after.
there are a lot of parts to this andwe've been daydreaming it some. seems really really helpful to separate the behavior from other things. build safeness.
