A rich contempt for the EFF

Our flawed founder had a couple of set attitudes I'd like to see formally ratified and maintained by this list. One was his idea that journalist privilege was a redundancy where-ever first amendment rights were recognized and the other was that the EFF style approach was orthogonal to our own ' cypherpunks write code ', direct-action approach. What say youse? He wasn't wrong about everything.
