Dear Carmen Garrett:

xNY.io - Bank.org kindly asks NY-DFS to expedite answering Freedom of Information Law Request "FOIL-2023-096828" by September 5, 2024.

NY-DFS has delayed response to FOIL-2023-096828 several times. Most recently,  NY-DFS delayed response to September 17, 2024.

This is unacceptable and seems ripe with fraud.

We are concerned of potential obstruction concerning this important matter. A class of New Yorkers may be formed if NY-DFS continues delay.

Warm regards,

Gunnar
