Ms. Caswell:

I am a proud Republican, feminist.

The film, "Meet The New Mark Zuckerberg | The Circuit," (shot in Lake Tahoe,  California), seems to implicate xNY.io, Bank.org and myself in third party relations with Meta Platforms:

"Meet The New Mark Zuckerberg | The Circuit"

Ms. Caswell, these propaganda videos with intentions against xNY.io - Bank.org's best interests summerise:

In the run-up to the 2024 Presidential Election, Mark Zuckerberg and cohorts at Meta, ... "Orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy. Acting in concert, [Meta] maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Gunnar Donald Arthur Peter Larson was colluding..." for peace on planet Earth.

Mr. Zuckerberg and his associates have tried to label xNY.io - Bank.org as some sort of criminal against the United States of America.

These rumors stoked by Meta about Gunnar Larson, xNY.io, and Bank.org (individually and separately) are baseless.

--

Ms. Caswell, just this morning I could have been shot writing you; the NYPD should be able to confirm this very strange rumor.

But the BBC inspired me to write you anyway; I am not fearful.

Ms. Caswell, while all this may sound awkward, today xNY.io - Bank.org remembers the loving words of Alexei Navalny on the day he lost his life, one year ago today, Feb. 16, 2024.

"Opinion: Navalny's words of love"

https://www.npr.org/2025/02/15/nx-s1-5290880/opinion-navalnys-words-of-love

"The end of Alexi Navalny's life came a year ago this weekend, Feb. 16, 2024, in that prison where he was sentenced for "extremism." Alexi Navalny was 47 years old. He had two children, Dasha and Zakhar, and was married to Yulia Navalnaya, who continues his work for the Anti-Corruption Foundation...

If Alexi Navalny had stayed in Germany, where he was evacuated for medical care after being poisoned in 2020, he would have been free to give interviews, post TikTok videos, have a podcast, and deliver prominent speeches around the world. Instead, he returned to Russia, and what he knew to be almost certain imprisonment for opposing the Putin regime...

"And another amazing fact: comedy films are less funny now. Does that happen with you?...

"Yulia, babe, happy birthday! I adore you. I miss you. Stay well and don't get discouraged…

"As for the glass, sooner or later we'll melt it with the heat of our hands. And comedies will be funny again. I love you." ...

Adoring words from Alexi Navalny, who died a year ago this weekend.""

Meta should understand, Peace on Earth is not some joke for xNY.io - Bank.org.

Personally, I would like to see Russia and Ukraine young peoples part of a modern global economy.

xNY.io - Bank.org respectfully sees the Spring of 2025 leading to a 2025 "Summer of Love."

Furthermore, xNY.io - Bank.org seeks to engage a Peaceful solution to the war in Ukraine. One with Russian interests aligning with interests of the United States and the free world. Ms. Caswell, xNY.io - Bank.org sees something similar to "Alaska" in our future with a Peaceful Ukraine resolution with Russia.

Ms. Caswell, xNY.io - Bank.org is so confident in our approach, because there is more money to be made out of Peace than war.

xNY.io - Bank.org shares an "Investors Overseas Services" advetisement for example:

"THERE'S MORE MONEY TO BE MADE OUT OF PEACE THAN OUT OF WAR."
Art Director: Peter Petronio
Photographer: Joe Toto
Copywriter: Dick Raboy
Agency: Carl Ally Inc.
Client: Investors Overseas Services

One of the persistent myths of the 20th century is that war stimulates economic growth.

War doesn't stimulate economic growth.

It stunts it. In countries that aren't fighting the war, as well as those that are.

For in both cases, there is a tremendous spending of money, manpower and time to produce the materials of war. Materials which have no function other than to destroy.

Or to be stored, useless, until they are needed to destroy.

And the simple fact is, evey dollar wasted on destruction means there is one less dollar to be spent on the products people need and want.

A dollar less spent on expansion and progress.

And when expansion and progress isn't as great as it could be, then profits can't be as great as they should be.

The way to make money is not through war. It's through peace.

And by peace we don't mean just an interlude between wars. We mean a permanent peace.

But can there be peace?

We believe so. If enough people in enough countries in this world are given an opportunity to gain material well-being and a greater since of personal dignity.

And this can done through business. Private enterprise.

Successful businesses breed a healthy economy, in any nation. A healthy economy means more jobs and better pay for more people. With more buying power, people can afford the products that will give them a better standard of living.

A better living standard will bring people a sense of accomplishment, and pride, and dignity.

And with it, a desire for social order that could be far stronger than desire for violent disorder.

To accomplish that, for business to be healthy and expanding, it needs a constant flow of fresh capital.

At IOS, our job is to convince people all over the world to invest in business all over the world -- for a profit.

And we don't mean just people who have million dollar portfolios with us. We are also vitally interested in the small investor -- including the man who has never invested before.

If this vast source of potential investment capital can be put to work, IOS and our investors will, of course, make more money, but equally important, businesses and people and national economies all over the world will benefit from this much needed capital.

And, very importantly, we are convinced that we and others in the financial community will be participating in a sound business endeavor which, almost as a by-product, could lead to perhaps the most effective deterrent to war -- financial security.

Right now, IOS does business on six continents -- in mutual funds, banking, investment management, insurance and real estate. In the 12 years we've been in business, more than 500,000 people have have invested more than one billion dollars through us.

Our goal is to do business in every country in the free world and on convincing more and more people to invest in businesses all over the world.""

xNY.io - Bank.org respectfully wonders if Meta Platforms has heard of Orange County, California?

"The scene, 25 years ago this month, could have been lifted from a mob movie:

Ten top power-brokers in Orange County government headed to an exclusive Italian restaurant for a secret Saturday dinner. Strung out from a string of all-nighters — they’d been working to keep the county’s $20 billion investment pool from imploding — the meal was to be a pressure-reliever, a breather, a reward.

Despite the headlines just two days earlier — “O.C. fund down $1.5 billion” —  it seemed, on Dec. 3, 1994, that things might work out. During marathon calls with Wall Street brokers and local city bureaucrats they’d delivered a smooth new mantra — “It’s just a paper loss. Everything’s under control… Don’t panic!”"

Madam Attorney General James:

xNY.io - Bank.org kindly asks your esteemed office to launch an investigation between Mr. Zuckerberg and Ms. Hochul colluding for crimes against humanity at New York's Penn Station. Mr. Zuckerberg being once satanic is not my business, yet the Gunnar Larson Truvada romance conspiracy is world famous, notably from Cambride to Melbourne to Cape Town.

Ms. James, as you know from my health records... I am HIV negative, not undetectable on Truvada. How can the NYAG allow such fraud to be excused by a private Penn Station members club?

A Satanic belif system cannot be the scapegoat for Meta at Gunnar Larson's personal expense. If the NYAG investigation is conclusive, we are now well into the hundreds of millions dollars in recovery from Ms. Hochul's survival protection program results.

Ms. Hochul may respect my personal frustration with Mr. Reed Hoffman serving on the DOD Innovation Board while also funding Robera Kaplan's reprentaion of a journalist. Hochul and Kaplan are acquaintances. The success of the Protection Act is certainly not my prerogative. Yet, Mayor Adams is said to have engaged a campaign against our litigation investment potential.

All this when xNY.io - Bank.org has yet to even seek litigation finance options.

NYAG and the FBI should waste no time coordinating with the NYPD before Meta blames xNY.io - Bank.org for not asking you to sooner.

Ms. James, if Ms. Hochul and Mr. Zuckerberg used the Bible against xNY.io - Bank.org without our knowledge for profit, along with a Truvada romance conspiracy to defame without our knowledge the NYAG would gain in being honest with New Yorkers. If HIV/AIDS has mutated, NYAG has responsibility to inform the public.

The NYAG knows labeling Gunnar Larson as patient Zero to this mutation is a lie. The FBI and NYAG may have thought I would issue a claim, but refuse instead electing to innovate rather than litigate. Ms. James, has the NYAG heard of others associated with Mayor Adams making this Gunnar Larson romance scandal claim for profit?

In Russia, the government has labeled actions like this as "extremist." It makes some congruence to xNY.io - Bank.org finding itself in 2022 in a similar position to the Moscow Exchange unfazed by Meta's abuses.

Ms. James from Super Bowl 2022 to 2025, xNY.io - Bank.org is a great champion. What happened without our knowledge between 2022 to 2025 is sure something.

NYAG and the FBI should waste no time for fear of Meta's untimely market event potentially blaming xNY.io - Bank.org, seemingly Meta's pattern of behavior.

Ms. James, there is some twisted irony in Mr. Thiel from Cambride and Ms. Williamson from Melbourne being more transparent that the NYAG. xNY.io - Bank.org is thankful to Mr. Thiel and Ms. Williamson in many ways, but when Ms. Williamson mentions NYAG in Melbourne we we're surprised.

See here:

Marianne Williamson LIVE in Melbourne, Australia | July 2022: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10GI5UDN7PVLcShqj0S_N7E28lpC-vkeC/view?usp=drivesdk

Movie blockbuster potential aside (Allah's spelling "dog" backwards, or lived backwards) xNY.io - Bank.org has always held world class principles. And respects the Satanism principles if this is how Mr. Zuckerberg sees the world.

Absolutely not satanic the NYAG may understand xNY.io - Bank.org will not be forced to be abused by Meta while losing potential Moscow Exchange business under a particular Peace deal in Ukraine. That is our realistic goal.

Ms. James, it would be the responsibility of xNY.io - Bank.org to protect any interests with the Moscow Exchange through a Ukraine and Russia peace deal.

However, asking the NYAG to investigate crimes against humanity collusion before the Super Bowl is the right thing to do. Especially after NYAG's investigation into the last Governor and NYDFS Superintendent was far lighter in scope than outright collusion against humanity, while indeed romance scandal. Yet Mr. Cuomo was not accused of the lies attributed to Gunnar Larson as FBI patient Zero.

Ms. James, where is the Justice? Peace on Earth is imminent.

Mr. Cuomo and Ms. Lacewell can be now assured that NYAG's investigation was not a selfish with intentions to take the Governor's position. This week Ms. Hochul allegedly considered a NEXO style raid on Chelsea by the NYPD.

Ms. James, if we were to have happened, using the NEXO principle recovery at this stage is $9B. Everyone at xNY.io - Bank.org supports Ms. Hochul. New collusion with Mr. Zuckerberg against xNY.io - Bank.org was not expected. Personally, I see the events of this week fundamental to love and peace on Earth.

Ms. James, can you please open a marketplace rigginging investigation between Meta, the Executive Chamber and Mayor Adams notifying xNY.io - Bank.org before February 14, 2025?

xNY.io - Bank.org is implored to engage plausible deniability with the NYAG after the event of this week. Mr. Zuckerburg and Ms. Hochul cannot blame xNY.io - Bank.org for any upcoming market events that equate to Meta's abuse of xNY.io - Bank.org and me personally.
