a great idea, and like jury nullification, sure to be treated harshly. case in point: how much pressure was brought to bear in the Aaron Swartz prosecution to force a plea, and how the mere "disrespect" of taking notes during a proceeding and blogging about them drove a DA to absurd abuses of power in retaliation.
