      Meta Tells 2nd Circ. Photo App Waited Too Long To Sue

Meta Platforms Inc. told the Second Circuit a defunct photo app knew back
in 2016 about changes the social networking company made to its Instagram
feeds and waited too long to file an antitrust case alleging the changes
drove it out of business.
