DC Circ. Backs Visa, Mastercard ATM Fee Antitrust Classes

The D.C. Circuit has affirmed the district court's decision to certify three different classes of consumers and ATM operators accusing Visa and Mastercard of dodging antitrust laws with ATM fee rules.
