I apologize that I do not know who Alex is, but I am always surprised to see first names rather than internet handles or email addresses (or even a last name?) So, apologies for being off base, but one idea is "welcome to the cypherpunks mailing list. This list is for monitoring investigations framing hacktivists for crimes, political influence efforts, and techniques in community disruption."
