Just who is claiming that people owe any state any allegiance whatsoever... that casting off weight of the violent non freedom that states impose is somehow a crime... but governments themselves.
Indeed, the jurisdiction of 'treason' applies to those who deign to stand for election and to "represent" the people, and to those who insert themselves into positions of power over fundamental rights including our right to free speech.
