Cuomo Says NY AG Must Share Sex Harassment Documents

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has asked a state court to force Attorney General Letitia James to fork over documents underlying her investigation into sexual harassment allegations against him, claiming that James wrongly denied the bulk of his public records request and he needs those materials to defend himself.
