things i've engaged that seemed helpful - on streets, there are various street groups that can be allies and can overlap with noncorrupt workers in diverse ways. - calling human trafficking hotline. connects to real caring noncorrupt workers sometimes/often, with experience in physical and psychological results of such situations, although mostly with physical injury or women. - recently, i called local police and asked for help working through my memories to take action on. they forwarded me to service that has case worker and other resources. i had to work with them for some time to find these resources. - when i spent time in green bank wv it seemed helpful, there's no cell service, very minimal local law, and international technical presence in radio astronomy. fewer concerns. this seems it is easier if you have academic engagement with physics or electrical engineering to get involved with the local research facility more easily. there is also huge caving culture in this area, caves can be huge and cross state lines. - a cop once shared with me that if police are nonhelpful/corrupt in the usa, the fbi are the people to reach out to. this cop also took time to explain to me some small information around [them abusing power with regard to me]. i haven't tried that, it is just very very frightening. no idea what fbi are like.
