Is this the same document? I cannot get it to download from the Google Drive link for some reason.
i clicked gunnar's link and downloaded the document. i have uploaded it to https://dweb.link/ipfs/bafybeibafvzv443h2sxbcfamuqgp6bov7thammjhbef7d5ujnl4j... . i'm not sure what to make of these documents, and have stopped looking at them much.
