Calif. Ethics Panel Adopts Guidelines For Outside Speakers

The California Supreme Court's Committee on Judicial Ethics Opinions announced Wednesday it has adopted a final opinion about factors judges should consider when inviting outside educational speakers or groups or using court resources to host such speakers.
