[ot][notes]working around chatgpt login limitation

for about a week chatgpt has given me “ ChatGPT is at capacity right now Get notified when we're back”. but, no notification ever came. after reading pr’s post, i tried going to the site again, and this time it gave me a login prompt. i tried logging in with google and it rejected me, and then it gave me the at capacity message again when i selected to retry! so i hit back until i got back to the login form, logged in a different way, and now i am at the interface.
