Yesterday when I was submitting the pre-application for the NYC Small Business Opportunity Fund I was matched with the NDC Loan Team.

Additionally, I saw a group of other potential services such as Kiva.org. 

Can you kindly advise the relationship the NYC Department of Small Business Services has with Kiva.org?
