Don't blame me! I didn't invent TOR, nor did I choose it to be funded by the US Federal Government! Nor did I choose its limitations, for a specific example its lack of chaff.
Yeah, I'm not blaming you for tor, I'm just pointing out that 'dark markets' exist inside the tor network, and that network is broken. That's the state of reality.
Two years ago, in fact, I proposed an alternate system using individually-owned Raspberry-Pi (?) remailers, not dependent on government funding or regulation. So, what makes you sound like I'm the problem?
Again, not blaming you for the fact that there's no 'robust' anonimity network. I do blame you for proposing a system that does require strong anonimity while apparently ignoring that such a thing as strong anonimity is nowhere to be found.
> Also, just THINK about what you just proposed, for a change. In order to have an 'AP' system to protect 'dark markets', you need a 'darkmarket' FIRST. Because, in case you didn't notice, what is 'AP' but a 'darkmarket' for hitmem? Now, there's this little problem that you as a Master Technology Scientist are not seeing. Your 'darkmarkets' DON'T WORK. Isn't it infinitely funny?
Actually, in terms of actual transaction volume, dark markets DO 'work'. The problem is, they are not 'bulletproof'. They are not perfect.
'dark markets' work to a limited extent, meaning end users can usually buy drugs without getting caught, although we don't really know how many end users do get caught. Maybe it's a non trivial number. Regardless, 'dark markets' DO NOT WORK when it comes to protecting the owners/operators, who always get caught within 6 months or a year, and I'm pretty sure the NSA nazis can find them way faster, and do. The govt just pretends otherwise.
Having multiple dark markets, some of which are in charge of an AP-like protection system, presumably means that they will not ALL fail at the same time, right?
dude, the 'AP market' will be shut down in days.
Your silly comments sound like they ignore this factor. You completely ignore the fact that I am not advocating a monopoly.
this has nothing to do with any kind of monopoly, advocated by you or not. If your 'AP market' can be easily shutdown, opening 10 different markets won't help much. Also, you're making bullshit as you go, trying to fix a broken system by adding more broken parts.
> Jim Bell's Revolutionary Invention : Use BROKEN 'dark markets' to 'protect' 'darkmarkets'.\ Your illogic is astounding.
YOUR position is absurd, as seen above. Dark markets fail because anonimity fails. Adding yet another market based on broken anonimity is nonsense. But let's pretend your position is not absurd, so please answer this question : WHY do you think there's no 'AP' market right now? If your views are correct, how come nobody is putting them in practice?
