Wells Fargo Sued Again Over Alleged Diversity Hiring Sham

A Wells Fargo & Co. pension fund stockholder has hit the company with a Delaware Chancery Court suit for documents related to allegations that it used bogus interview records to obscure failures to meet hiring diversity obligations.
