Wells Fargo Board Failed To Monitor DEI Initiatives, Suit Says

A Wells Fargo & Co. pension fund stockholder that sued the bank for documents tied to purportedly bogus interview records used to hide failed diversity hiring obligations followed up with a derivative complaint against the bank's board Thursday for not having proper diversity, equity and inclusion monitoring systems.
