NBA Fraud Leader Had Loaded Gun When Arrested, Feds Say

A former NBA player who is due to be sentenced for his alleged lead role in a scheme to defraud the league's health care plan possessed four guns at the time of his arrest, at least one of which had a loaded magazine, prosecutors told a Manhattan federal judge Wednesday.
