An individual named R5 replied to me off-list. I'd rather stay
onlist. He requested of me the date. I am pretty sure this was from
the 1950's. As I said, the document title I gave was only the
speculative probable title. I am almost certain that the document I am
looking for was made by RAND Corp.

I believe the specific document was the result of the tests in
Nevada. I'll describe the document again in more detail:

* The Document contains several rings, with Ground Zero showing 100%
  damage, while 60+ shows mild damage, but fallout exposure

* The document has pictographs illustrating damage to city skylines

* The document may be part of a larger, broader report

* The document is likely famous outside of the sleuth communities
  because it has been shown in several films, both fictional and in
  documentary.

I can not use the NUKE-map as I am seeking the document to modify its
model for other purposes.
