Since there may be no good legal avenues (at least in the short term) for the alt-right supporters, they should to push for using i2p. tor and cjdns, Bitcoin payment and namecoin (.bit) domains and/or launch an alt-DNS server + add-on software to tag ISP DNS' as "non-authoritative" in OS stacks (voluntary or otherwise). That way if a site, which was banned by registrars, can't be found via the ISP's DNS server, their OS will automatically select a user-provided DNS server (or from list of servers) to check for IP address resolution. One downside is failed DNS resolution notifications will take longer.
