Where else would the invisible head 'to be installed' wait as a spider but under direct protection, ready to be installed; certainly not in a dumb bunker 'soon under direct attack'. And who would risk entombment anyway, in the thick of war. Submarines #1. Destroyers, aircraft carriers #2. Is one carrier nicknamed USSS? just postulating here...
