Since the crypto-currency " Cambrian Explosion " and the momentum building for Cypherpunk 2027, I'm confident serial pests like Batshit, Gramps and Semich won't be around in several years.  Cryptoanarchism includes APster grade justice - ' Bounty Law ' - and there are already deadpools running on these annoying list parasites.  They can run - but they can't hide because the strong AI that's truly intelligent is already on our side.
