Ms. Berry and Ms. Herman:

I was able to open the attachment authorization letter for 291125.

Upon searching New York State's notary database, I was not able to find the corresponding notary listed on the letter: https://appext20.dos.ny.gov/lcns_public/lic_name_search_frm

I can only pick packages with a valid authorization letter. Please understand my apprehension given the last two authorization letters had notarized stamps of individuals not locatable in New York's notary registry.

What do you suggest for best next steps concerning package 29115?
